The first thing to decide is – do you want to be self-published?

There are advantages and disadvantages.

First advantage, you don’t have to convince someone you may never meet that you should be published.

First disadvantage, you have to do almost everything yourself.

If you’re self-motivated, if you stick to a plan, if you learn how — you can be self-published and it doesn’t have to cost you anything. That’s right, it doesn’t have to cost you anything at all to self-publish your book, short story, poem, photo album or other creative project.

But the first thing you need to do is decide if you want to do this. I’ll be here tomorrow to start talking about how.
